We are hiring!  Wagner insurance Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team.  Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as you will interact with clients providing quotes, submitting claims, processing payments and educating consumers about available products and services. Excellent problem solving and client relationship skills. Ability to review and recommend coverages to clients that will increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and account rounding.  This position offers a base salary and benefits.

Job Description:

• Manage accounts by responding to client inquiries; process binder requests and coverage inquiries
• Process payments, manage claims and work with Underwriters to resolve issues
• Detail oriented keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, etc.
• Process changes, renewals and keeping track of policy increases for possible re-market
• Maximize retention through account rounding and superior customer service
• Provides quotes promptly to win business
• Maintains an activity list daily.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School or equivalent.
• 2+ years of insurance experience.
• A Property and Causality Insurance license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and quoting software knowledge.
• A positive disposition with a proactive, disciplined and entrepreneurial work ethic, able to work independently, yet collaborate as part of a broad-based team.
